1. What byn does

byn Market Intelligence provides event market data and analytics to professional event organizers, promoters, and related businesses operating in Morocco. The platform covers competitive pricing intelligence, artist booking tracking, and event calendar analytics.

2. Access and accounts

Using the platform requires creating an account. Account creation is opt-in. You must provide accurate information during signup, including the identity and business details required for KYC verification. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. byn reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. How we gather data

Our platform is powered by the systematic collection of publicly available information from Moroccan ticketing platforms and event listings — event names, dates, venues, artist names, and ticket prices. This is public data. We use automated monitoring to keep it current. We do not access non-public or restricted systems.

4. How you may use byn data

5. Data accuracy

byn collects data from third-party public sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of this data. Market intelligence is provided for informational purposes. Decisions made using byn data are your responsibility.

6. Service availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. The platform may be unavailable during maintenance periods without prior notice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Moroccan law, byn is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or reliance on its data.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any disputes arising from use of the platform are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Moroccan courts.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
