Privacy Policy

1. Analytics

We use Google Analytics and PostHog to understand how the site is used — page views, session duration, features accessed, device and browser type. Both tools are configured to anonymize IP addresses. These records contain no personal data and are not linked to individual identities. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking via your browser's privacy settings or the standard Google Analytics opt-out extension.

2. Account data

Creating an account is entirely opt-in. If you sign up, we collect your email address, phone number, and the business and legal information required for KYC verification. This data is used solely to verify your identity, operate your account, and meet our obligations under Moroccan commercial regulations. Browsing the site requires no account and no personal data.

3. Public event data collection

Our platform is powered by the systematic collection of publicly available information from Moroccan ticketing platforms and event listings. This includes event names, dates, venues, artist names, and ticket prices — data freely accessible to anyone visiting those platforms. We keep this data current through automated monitoring. We do not collect personal data about ticket buyers or event attendees, and this is not a part of our business.

4. Moroccan data protection law

We operate under Moroccan Law 09-08 on the Protection of Personal Data, supervised by the CNDP (Commission Nationale de contrôle de la Protection des Données à caractère Personnel). As a registered account holder, you have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data held by us.

5. What we don't do

6. Data retention

Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics and PostHog default policies. Account data is retained for as long as your account is active and deleted upon request, except where Moroccan law requires us to keep specific records.
